For the interior images, the best size paper is A5, if they are able to extend the picture all the way to the edge, or A4 if you think they will keep the image more in the centre. The aspect ratio of A4 and A5 is almost the same as our paper size which is 129 x 198mm, minus the 20mm header and footer.
For the cover, the best size is a perfect square. You can get this if you use a phone as your camera: take a "Square" photo of the cover art with as steady a hand as you can!
