The order process includes a quality control stage as well as an order placing and payment stage.
The process is:
- You click the Publish button, and step through all the questions.
- The final step is your confirmation that all the details are correct.
- When you click "Submit", we receive a notification, and review your files. For instance, if we see very low quality images, or placeholder text left in the book, or spelling errors in teacher-added content, we will mention it. Don't rely on this as a proofreading method -- you will have confirmed that you're happy with the book -- but we do want our books to be the best they can be.
- We sign off the book, and then you place the order.
- Once payment is received, we upload your cover and interior PDF files to one of our printers' websites.
- Delivery is within 30 days, and usually much faster.
