It's often the case that you want a child's picture and their piece to appear on the same spread. If the flow of the book is such that there's a child's work earlier in the book which goes onto more than one spread, this can knock subsequent pieces out of kilter.
There are two ways to resolve this.
- Tick the box marked "Insert a blank page before?" on the piece that you'd like to control. This does mean that there will be a blank page, which may look aesthetically odd.
Alternatively,
- Add a new piece, and upload a new image to it, setting the position to "fill the entire page". The author of this piece (even though it's an image, not writing) will appear in the index. This will act as a spacer to get the order of the flow back on track, and also add extra appealing content to your book.
